Tentative Schedule of the Convention Portion of the World Tribute Artist Convention & Championships 2020.
It is advised that you arrive anytime on Tuesday one day before the event starts. After you check-in to the hotel, event staff will provide to any registered Tribute Artist an orientation of the hotel and schedule of events and which ballroom they will be in. If you don’t arrive Tuesday then an early (7am to 8am) orientation will be provided to late arrivals on Wednesday.

- Early orientation 7:00am to 8:00am
- Breakfast Buffet & meet and greet 9:00am
- 10:00am Seminars until Lunch break note; (Lunch break on your own at noon)
The hotel has several restaurants that you can choose from. - 1:30pm Guest Speaker in the Ballroom (TBD)
- After Guest Speaker you are free to attend your promotional table in the assigned

- Breakfast Buffet & networking 9:00am
- 10:00am guest speaker and Question and Answer period until Lunch Break note;
- Lunch break is on your own at noon – you will have time to prepare for your Showcase performance in the evening.
- Your Red Carpet arrival outside the assigned Ballroom 7:00pm
- Awards presentation after Showcase performance completed. This will be a ticketed Showcase Performance opened to the general public and attending talent buyers. Click here for ticket information and pricing.
